Mr. Vadim Enicov, member of the of the Supervisory Board



Mr. Vadim Enicov was appointed as a Member of the Supervisory Board of the National Bank of Moldova by the Parliament’s Decision no. 202 of 29 July 2016.

Mr. Vadim Enicov is born in 1975 in Strășeni, Republic of Moldova. Mr. Enicov holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (1997) and a Master’s Degree in Economic Sciences, specialized in Business Management, Moldova State University. 

At the date of his appointment, Mr. Vadim Enicov had more than 19 years of experience in the legal and judicial sector.  He is now the Director of the consulting company “Legalconsult”, having also implemented expertise projects for the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and other international institutions.

Mr. Vadim Enicov started his activity in 1996 as Senior Prosecutor at Chișinău Prosecutor’s Office.

In 2002-2012, he served as Senior Advisor at the Moldovan Supreme National Security Council, Moldovan President’s Apparatus. During the same period, appointed by presidential decree, he held the function of Executive Secretary of the Central Commission for controlling declarations of assets and income of state dignitaries.  

During his activity, Mr. Enicov has acquired extensive experience and expertise in the field of legal matters. He has published a large number of articles and participated in various conferences.
