Mr. Vadim Enicov - member of the Supervisory Board

Mr. Vadim Enicov was appointed member of the Supervisory Board of the National Bank of Moldova by the Parliament’s Decision no. 202 of 29 July 2016.

Vadim Enicov is born in 1975 in Straseni, Republic of Moldova. He graduated from the State University of Moldova, Faculty of Law (1997) and holds a Master’s Degree in Economic Sciences (2011).

At the date of his appointment, Mr. Vadim Enicov had over 20 years of experience in the legal field. He is currently serving as Director of the Consulting Company "LegalConsult.md", also developing projects of expertise for the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) and for other international institutions.

Mr. Enicov started his professional activity in 1997 as Senior Prosecutor in the financial investigations field at the Prosecutor's Office in Chisinau.

In 2002-2012, he held the position of Senior Consultant in the Service of the Supreme Security Council of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Moldova, being responsible for anti-corruption and economic security sphere. During the same period, he also served as Executive Secretary of the Central Commission for Control of Income Statements of Civil Servants, being appointed by presidential decrees.

During his activity, Mr. Enicov acquired extensive experience and expertise in the legal field, published surveys, articles, and participated in numerous conferences.
