For the depositors of Banca de Economii S.A.

In the context of actions prior to the liquidation of Banca de Economii S.A., the deposits that have not been required by its customers are transferred on a centralised basis to BC „VICTORIABANK” S.A., BC „Moldindconbank” S.A., „FinComBank” S.A., B.C. „COMERTBANK” S.A. and BC „EuroCreditBank” S.A.

Thus, starting with 19 October 2015, the depositors of Banca de Economii S.A. will have access to their financial means at the premises of these banks, under the same initial contractual terms, as follows:
