As of the end of the 1st quarter of 2021, the offer price for the residential property in Chișinău has continued the increasing trend established since the first quarter of 2020. As of the end of the reporting period, the RPPI has registered the value of 118.9 percent, which is a 4.2 percent growth compared to the previous quarter, and 17.8 percent growth compared to the 1st quarter of 2020.
The RPPI associated to the new dwellings, listed on the primary market, has registered the value of 122.3 percent, that being an increase of 3.8 percent compared to the previous quarter, and 19.2 percent compared to the 1st quarter of 2020.
The RPPI associated to dwellings listed on the secondary market have registered the value of 116,5 percent, that being an increase of 2.2 percent compared to the previous quarter, and 16.7 percent compared to the 1st quarter of 2020.
