As of the end of the 1st quarter of 2023, the offer price for residential property in Chișinău has recorded the next consecutive increase following the previous quarter. As of the end of the reporting period, the RPPI has registered the value of 142.9 percent, which is a 4.8 percent increase compared to the 4th quarter of 2022 and a 5.7 percent increase compared to the 1st quarter of 2022.
The RPPI associated to the new dwellings listed on the primary market has registered the value of 150.2 percent, that is a 3.2 percent increase compared to the 4th quarter of 2022 and a 2.0 percent increase compared to the 1st quarter of 2022.
The RPPI associated to dwellings listed on the secondary market has registered the value of 137.9 percent, that is a 5.6 percent increase compared to the 4th quarter of 2022 and a 6.8 percent increase compared to the 1st quarter of 2022.
