This report elucidates the financial status of the National Bank and has no direct connection with the primary objective of ensuring and maintaining price stability.
The audited financial statements comprise the balance sheet as at 31 December 2013, the statement of comprehensive result, statement of capital and reserves and statement of cash flows for the year then ended, and explanatory notes, comprising a summary of significant accounting policies and other notes.
In auditors' opinion „the accompanying financial statements of the Bank present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of the Bank as at 31 December 2013, and its financial performance and its cash flows for the year then ended in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards.”
