Balance of payments of the Republic of Moldova in Quarter II, 2022 (preliminary data) [1] (tables and charts are available in English)

According to preliminary data, in Quarter II, 2022, the current account of the balance of payments recorded a deficit of US$ 441,63 million, a 12,3% decrease as compared to the similar period of the previous year. The current account to GDP ratio amounted to -12,9%.
The capital account registered a negative balance amounting to US$ 1,65 million, and the financial account recorded a net capital inflow of US$ 465,79 million.
