International investment position at the end of Q II 2016 (preliminary data)

The international investment position of the Republic of Moldova recorded a net debit amounting to US$ 5,805.60 million as of 30.06.2016, which is 0.9 percent larger as compared to the end of Q I 2015.

Balance of payments for Q II 2016 (preliminary data)

In Q II 2016, the current account of the balance of payments recorded a deficit of US$ 92.21 million (down by 27.4 percent compared to April-June 2015), the capital account registered a negative balance of US$ 11.76 million and the financial account recorded a net inflow of US$ 49.56 million.

Inflation rate in September 2016

In September 2016, the annual inflation rate was 3.0 percent for the last twelve months, by 0.6 percentage points lower than the previous month, leaving the lower limit of the range of ± 1.5 percentage points from the 5.0 percent target, after reaching in August the aforementioned range.

Динамика инфляции в сентябре 2016 г.

В сентябре 2016 г. индекс потребительских цен (ИПЦ) за последние 12 месяцев составил  3.0%, на 0.6 процентных пункта ниже предыдущего месяца, покинув   нижний предел  интервала ±1.5 процентных пункта от цели 5.0%, после входа в августе месяце в указанный интервал.

Evoluția ratei inflației în luna septembrie 2016

În luna septembrie 2016, rata anuală a inflației pentru ultimele 12 luni a constituit 3.0 la sută, fiind cu 0.6 puncte procentuale inferioară celei din luna precedentă, părăsind limita de jos a intervalului de variație de ±1.5 puncte procentuale de la ținta de 5.0 la sută, după intrarea în luna august în intervalul menționat.
