THE EXECUTIVE BOARD
OF THE NATIONAL BANK OF MOLDOVA
DECISION
no. 185 of 26 July 2018
on maximum fees to be applied for the services provided by
the Central Securities Depository
Pursuant to art. 5 par. (1) (f), art. 11 par. (1), art. 27 par. (1) (c) and art. 492 of the Law no. 548-XIII of 21.07.1995 on the National Bank of Moldova; art. 24 and art. 45 par. (1) of the Law no. 234 of 03.10.2016 on the Central Securities Depository, the Executive Board of the National Bank of Moldova
RESOLVES:
1. To approve maximum fees to be applied for the services provided by the Central Securities Depository (CSD), laid down in the Annex hereto.
2. The amount of fees to be applied for the CSD services shall be approved by the Supervisory Board of the CSD within the maximum limits set in accordance with paragraph 1.
3. The amount of interest and collateral to be paid for securities lending, as well as the amount of fees to be charged for the IT services rendered shall be established, according to art. 45 par. (3) of the Law no. 234 of 03.10.2016 on the Central Securities Depository, by the CSD based on the decision of the CSD’s Executive Board.
4. This decision shall be published on the official website of the National Bank of Moldova and forwarded to the Central Securities Depository.
5. This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
