The National Bank of Moldova (NBM) continues with a series of podcasts the information and awareness campaign “Financial education - a personal, social and economic benefit”.

The National Bank of Moldova launches the information and awareness campaign entitled “Financial education - a personal, social and economic benefit”, announced today, within the framework of the closing event of the Global Money Week.

Pupils and students from six districts and municipalities of the Republic of Moldova will learn in the coming days how to make sense of money, in online public lessons given by eight ambassadors of financial education.

Today started Global Money Week in the Republic of Moldova with the title "Give sense to money".

The National Bank of Moldova (NBM) launches several activities for the Global Money Week, between 22-26 March 2021. These are intended for pupils, students, general public, business environment etc.

Financial stability is the condition of the economy characterized by the absence of major imbalances, which could lead to systemic crises, the inability of financial institutions to conduct operations uniformly or the collapse of financial markets. 

The commemorative coins are issued by the NBM, have numismatic value and can be used as means of payment. NBM floats these currencies through licensed banks.
