Pursuant to Article 5 letter d), Article 11 paragraph (1), Article 27 paragraph (1) letter c) Article 44 letter a) of the Law no. 548 XIII from 21 July, 1995 on the National Bank of Moldova (republished in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015 no. 297-300, art. 544), with ulterior modifications and amendments Article 28 paragraph (2) letter d), paragraph (7), (8) and Article 40 of the Law on financial institutions no. 550-XIII from 21 July, 1995 (republished in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011 no. 78-81, Art.199) with subsequent modifications and amendments, the Executive Board of the National Bank of Moldova
DECIDES:
1. To repeal the Regulation on holding shares by banks in the capital of legal entities, according to Annex no. 1.
2. To repeal certain normative acts of the National Bank of Moldova, according to Annex no. 2.
3. The applications and documents on solicitation of permissions in the context of Article 28 paragraph (7) of the Law on financial institutions presented to the National Bank of Moldova and not solved by the date of entering into force of this Decision shall be examined and solved in accordance with this Decision.
