National Bank and the members of its decision-making bodies shall be independent in exercising the tasks conferred upon them by law, and shall neither seek nor take instructions from public authorities or from any other authority.

În ianuarie – noiembrie 2023, volumul eliberărilor cumulative al banilor în numerar în casele băncilor a depășit cu 2 393,1 mil. lei volumul încasărilor cumulative al banilor în numerar pe sistemul bancar1.
Volumul încasărilor cumulative al banilor în numerar în casele băncilor, în ianuarie – noiembrie 2023, s-a diminuat cu 630,0 mil. lei comparativ cu perioada similară a anului precedent și a constituit 156 205,9 mil. lei.
La încasările cumulative a fost înregistrată o diminuare semnificativă a încasărilor din vânzarea valutei persoanelor fizice cu 3 412,8 mil. lei (-33,8 la sută), constituind 6 696,3 mil. lei, ceea ce reprezintă echivalentul a 367,8 mil. USD2 (Diagrama nr. 1). De asemenea, diminuări semnificative au fost înregistrate la încasările de la comercializarea mărfurilor de consum, indiferent de canalul de desfacere cu 2 156,0 mil. lei (-2,5 la sută), precum și la încasările pentru achitarea creditelor cu 597,8 mil. lei (-11,3 la sută).
Totodată, la încasările cumulative a fost înregistrată o majorare substanțială la alte încasări cu 4 393,9 mil. lei (+21,4 la sută). În același timp, s-au majorat încasările de la întreprinderile care prestează alte servicii cu 667,5 mil. lei (+5,5 la sută), încasările de la plățile pentru chirie și serviciile comunale cu 501,8 mil. lei (+19,1 la sută), precum și încasările pe conturile curente și conturile de depozit ale persoanelor fizice cu 489,4 mil. lei (+3,0 la sută).

Volumul eliberărilor banilor în numerar din casele băncilor, în ianuarie – noiembrie 2023, s-a majorat cu 765,3 mil. lei (+0,5 la sută) comparativ cu perioada similară a anului precedent și a constituit 158 599,0 mil. lei (Diagrama nr. 2).

Un impact major asupra evoluției eliberărilor de bani în numerar din casele băncilor l-au avut, pe de o parte, majorarea eliberărilor din bancomate cu 10 739,7 mil. lei (+19,9 la sută), iar pe de altă parte, diminuarea eliberărilor în alte scopuri cu 5 014,7 mil. lei (-19,2 la sută), a eliberărilor de numerar pentru cumpărarea valutei de la persoane fizice cu 4 363,8 mil. lei (-10,3 la sută) și a eliberărilor de numerar sub formă de credite persoanelor fizice cu 424,7 mil. lei (-12,6 la sută).
